Our quest for land and power has now carried us to Oaxaca for our latest pop up restaurant event. We had a cook's meeting last night where we began hashing out the details for this, our twelfth pop up food party.
Expect lots of moles, heritage pork braised in banana leaves, and a coterie of side dishes and sweet treats for the crowd.
