As we pen this a cast iron pan of chopped, pluperfect sausage is sizzling, waiting to be transformed into a brace of breakfast tacos.

We're in the run up period towards our Central Texas Hot Guts series and right now Davila's is in the number one spot, quality wise.
We can't wait to make our way back down to Seguin Texas and get our hands on more of their Lockhart quality smoked meats.
