Anybody who studied under master chef Elmar Prambs is bound to be solid Texas gold. Todd Duplechan along with wife Jessica, are rehabbing the shuttered Somnio's cafe down in the exploding Bouldin Creek neighborhood to open their Lenoir restaurant.

We like the sound of what they're proposing to serve; "hot weather food". With Austin now achieving the dubious ranking of being one of the hottest towns in the Americas we need all the help we can get with our daily sustenance.

Not sure how they came up with the name but it is catchy.

Bouldin Creek is set to become THE neighborhood for destination dining with the following restaurants
