Chef Nadia of Little Kitchen fame is from New York City where she grew up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, one of the most diverse food neighborhoods on earth.
Growing up, Nadia split her time between New York and Quintana Roo, Mexico where her Nigerian father lived. There she would watch him cook, and spend time learning the flavors of his native cuisine, as well as those around her in the markets of the region.
In 2013 Nadia decided to move to New Orleans and get involved in our city’s food culture. Though she often travels in the summers, she has been living here ever since.
I’ve had this chef’s food before and she can flat get it in the kitchen.
