I bought my Weber Grill/Smoker in January of 2003 and have cooked a few thousand pounds of meat on it over the years. Here’s a seasoning rub that’ll have your friends calling you T-Boy in no time flat.

RL Reeves Jr’s Cajun Rub

1 T. Paprika

1 T. Black Pepper

1 T. White Pepper

1 T. Garlic Powder

1 T. Onion Powder

1 t. Cayenne

2 T. Corn Starch [prevents clumping]

* Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in Tupperware
