We ranged broadly across the Pho Festival out in Harvey Louisiana yesterday. Our rambles were met with much success. After two hours of eating we were nearly comatose. And the star of the show? A devilish take on the common egg roll where a giant butterflied prawn was crammed inside a rice paper wrapper, deep fried, then doused with red chiles and funky fish sauce. A real value at $1. We ate ten.
