Third Crop is in its 25th year of business in Crowley, Louisiana. Whenever we’re out in Acadiana we like to pick up a ten pound paper sack stuffed full of their long grain rice as it’s some of our favorite in the state.

We use it in our Red Beans and Rice with Alligator Sausage
