It’s a miracle that the Scrumptious crew ended up living in the Bywater. We had no plans whatsoever on landing in this incredible neighborhood as we were dead set on putting down roots in Gentilly.
But, unfortunately, we were flat-screwed by a landlord who broke a promise and left us scrambling at the 11th hour for a place to hang up our cast-iron skillets at the end of the day.
Behold the sight of a Vietnamese Pork Belly Sandwich garnished with bleu cheese cabbage slaw. Cooked up in the Scrumptious kitchen and summarily devoured.
