Tomorrow, December 2nd 2013, at H.J. Lutcher Stark Center there will be a special exhibit commemorating the University of Texas Longhorns very first national football title.
Expect plentiful photos, letters and other arcana relating to Coach Darrell K Royal’s momentous first national title with the football Longhorns.
After you’ve gorged on sweet remembrance, it will be time to fortify yourself with some north campus victuals, and we recommend Posse East for a Posse burger (think Mexican sloppy joe) or the best $5 hamburger combo in Austin at Crown and Anchor Pub.
Digestif? Visit JP’s Java for one of the best espresso pulls in Austin.
Mondays are usually dull affairs with little happening around town, but December 2nd could prove to be the most entertaining day of the week if you follow the above plan.
