One of the top heritage pork producing farms in Texas (South Texas Heritage Pork) is throwing a good old fashioned boucherie on Sunday December 8th 2013.

It ain’t cheap.

Full day tickets are $150 but that includes brunch, butchering demos lasting all day, supper + all the liquor and beer you can consume for the course of the affair.

A slightly more modest $125 will get you supper + that full bar we mentioned earlier.
