Through the past.

With all the controversy over the past 36 hours {http://www.scrumptiouschef.com/food/2012/10/31/Explosion-In-The-World-Of-Austin-Texas-Barbecue-John-Mueller-Out-Of-JMueller-BBQ#more} I’ve been going over some old articles I’ve written in the past about John Mueller and his ramp up/re-entry into the world of Texas barbecue.

I’d almost forgotten about this one: Austin’s Chowhound board became a local laughing stock as an unpaid, volunteer moderator told John Mueller to “stop it”, as in “stop posting” on the local food board.

Cause they don’t want people who’ve worked in the local food industry for 4 decades to contribute….to a food board. http://www.scrumptiouschef.com/food/2011/9/10/Unpaid-Volunteer-Moderator-Tell-Iconic-Texas-Barbecue-Legend-To-Stop-It

This one’s so deep in the archives that it’s a tough get, but still worth a read.
