Sometimes this job weighs a ton.
We’ve written about the pleasures of Nuernberg Brauhaus previously and stand by those words.
It’s the finest German restaurant in the area and a compelling reason to make the 15 minute drive north of Austin to Pflugerville. This is where we go for our schnitzel and pancakes fix. We motored over to the restaurant website recently for one reason or the other and felt like we caught a brick to the noggin. They are closing in mid December.
For those who had been putting off a visit you still have small window of opportunity to sit down to a hearty Germanic feast of meat, cabbage and potatoes.
Washed down with a cold Kostritzer beer this little cafe provides a fine repast.
