Brisket and Chimay seemed as good a way as any to celebrate this glorious past year we’ve all enjoyed.

We also went ahead and loaded the smoker up with Cajun turkey legs.

Fraulein Cindy went to work in the kitchen and didn’t emerge til she’d knocked out Pecan, Coconut, Chess, Apple and Boston Cream Pies. It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without a giant ham too.

Traditional sides of Philly Cream Cheese Potatoes with Green Onions, Bacon and Onions with Green Beans added, Sweet Potato Casserole, Pork Dressing and Dinner Rolls rounded out the menu.

Plenty vodka and beer to celebrate properly.
