Andy Cook has been building fires and smoking meat since the early 70’s when he got hitched. He’s been a champion pit boss for 20 years. Along with his son Kyle, they head up Cook n Co, a Goldthwaite Texas barbecue team.
I’ve eaten this man’s output and it’s insanely delicious.
If he ever decides to park the Peterbilt and build a little smokeshack out in rural Texas I’ll be one of his first customers.
