Standing in a dirt parking lot in Pilot Knob Texas I’m puzzling over the sign on a taco cart. I’ve never heard of desebrada and am interested, as always, in trying something new.
The taquera plys her craft and soon I’m having a Mexican pot roast taco.
I’ve been hooked ever since.
