Growing up in Eastern Kentucky my main source of Mexican food was crispy tacos.

Here’s a brace of crispy tacos and a puddle of crema Salvadorena.

If you’re not familiar with crema Salvadorena think Creme Fraiche.

Only you buy it by the pound at Fiesta for a damn sight cheaper.

It’s one of the greatest foods ever invented and goes well on anything but is particularly delicious on crispy tacos.

I’ll put up the recipe for the carne molida [Mexican ground beef chili] in the next couple days.
