About the photo Our Basque gastronomic society continues apace. We had our third Txoko last night and it was a blast. Here we have the beginnings of plating by one of the chefs at the new W downtown.
His contribution was Barbacoa Empanadas with Black Garlic Mole and Escabeche.
I knocked out a Vietnamese Chicken Fried Meatloaf Banh Mi and there were several other offerings as well.
